Adv – form CRS

Brite Advisors USA, Inc. is required to provide clients with it’s ADV Part 3: Form CRS (“Relationship Summary”) disclosing certain information about the firm.

An ADV is the form used by investment advisers to register with both the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and state securities authorities.

Officially it is called the Uniform Application for Investment Adviser Registration. Form ADV serves as a registration document and is updated annually and made available as public record for companies managing in excess of $25 million.

The Relationship Summary (attached) is designed to promote effective communication between clients and Brite USA.
